Choe Son Hui, foreign minister of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea, sent a message of greeting to Prak Sokhon, deputy prime minister and concurrently minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation of Cambodia, on Sunday on the occasion of the 72nd anniversary of its independence.

 The message wished him success in his work for the development of the country's external relations.
